Needlefelt Training
« on: November 12, 2015, 11:17:03 AM »
<^>

Ok, here's the latest news! We are planning a conference for everyone interested for Roman or Celt. We will invite several supporting Legions and we have a group of Celts interested. It will be an overnight (camping) experience with drill and training with needlefelt weapons. We will practice using these weapons in mock combat.

We will also discuss our development plans and timetable.

The date has not yet been set. Since it will be getting very cold soon, we thought it best to wait until March/April. This may change, but as of this moment, that is the thinking.

I've been looking at some of the info online about NFS and also, after talking to Mark, I think we are well on our way. For the record, I have a heavy-duty industrial sewing machine if someone could show me how to use it. It would speed sewing the swords together, I think. 8)
